Shine Sprite Delfino Stamp

I have been trying to make an animated stamp for the group I'm in. It's unfortunate that DA has such a small ass limit. 30 KB or so. So everything I've made is too big, 'gotta simplify everything. been trying to make something smaller, and blah. Have plenty of Super Mario Sunshine Stamps to put up. Will put up good ones of course. You don't have to ask to use.
